Frequently Asked Questions/Policies and Procedures

*Please note that these policies are only applicable to our onsite classes. The policies and procedures in this document were developed with years of experience.   Our intention is that the registration process will be easy and positive. While we apply these policies consistently and fairly, we do understand that there are unanticipated circumstances. Contact us if you have questions or concerns.

What if the session I want to register for is full? Is there a waiting list?

Yes.  Students are registered in the classes on a first come first served basis. If we reach our maximum number of students, we will begin a waiting list for that class. You will be contacted in the order in which we received your registration. If the 4 Saturdays class you are interested in is full, we urge you to check out our online course option which includes all of the content from those classes.

Can I still register after the class deadline?

Yes.  Deadlines are listed on the course description page as well as the late registration fee. Classes tend to fill up early so please be aware that the class may be full.

I want to change my class session. How do I do this?

Generally we have been able to accommodate session change requests. Sometimes, requests cannot be accommodated if the desired session is full. Please email session change requests to hstestprep@yahoo.com and include the following: parent’s name, student’s name, currently registered session, desired session, and reason for change. Session change requests will be accepted up until 7 days before the class start date.

What if I miss a class?

Due to the format of the class, makeups are not available. Handouts are made available to students when they miss a class. We are happy to answer any questions the students may have either before or after class. Missed classes are not refunded.

If I must withdraw from a session before it begins, am I eligible for a refund?

Yes. Refunds will be given for session withdraws up until 7 days before the class start date.  However, there will be a $15 service fee for all refunds given through Paypal. No refunds will be given within the 7 days before a session begins.
